This SkinSupport protocol was designed as an action based companion to the publically available eBook "Seborrheic Dermatitis - The Owner's Manual". While the eBook provides a detailed examination of the condition, this protocol aims to give you a detailed plan to tackle your skin issues step-by-step.

The protocol ties in everything I've learned about diet, stress, lifestyle, immune function, and skin care practices; and how these factors can be utilized to suppress seborrheic dermatitis.

  • Digestion and Nutrition
  • Stress and Lifestyle
  • Skin Care Essentials

By covering all three important aspects, the aim is to offer a sustainable approach to treating seborrheic dermatitis for the long term.

Though there are no promises that following this protocol will get rid of your skin issues. Nonetheless, I strongly believe that implementing this protocol will benefit the majority of individuals affected by seborrheic dermatitis and various other inflammatory skin conditions (such as Psoriasis, Rosacea, and Acne).

Additionally, you're likely to notice a variety of positive effects on mood, emotional stability, inflammation, digestion, sleep quality, and a variety of other important aspects of health.

Taken together, the protocol is my attempt at providing the essential base that I believe is required for long-term progress. By ensuring you cover all the bases, you increase your chances for success.
